This is just a small sampling of our most requested flavors. We use the highest quality ingredients to craft each cake from scratch which allows us to create any custom flavor you can dream of.
How To Order
Please submit your request in the connect with us form below. The more information you provide the better! AMB will respond as quickly as possible with follow up questions or to schedule a consultation regarding your request. This process will take some time so we recommend you place your request at least two weeks in advance if not further as we do book up quickly!
Last minute cake orders are subject to 15% fee.
For larger wedding or specialty cakes we highly recommend inquiring at least two months in advance to event date.
Please note that your order is not confirmed unless you have received your invoice and paid your deposit. All orders must be paid in full before date of service. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or invoice please contact AMB immediately.

Arctic Moon Bakery was founded to bring the vision of two lifelong Alaskans to fruition. Built from dreams, but sustained by hard work, integrity of our product and unparalleled customer driven service. We started Arctic Moon Bakery to fulfill Anchorage's need for custom cakes and an innovative fresh take on baked goods. We source quality ingredients to handcraft our sweets from scratch and strive to utilize local products whenever possible. We believe in building up Anchorage’s Small Business Community to support one another to help boost our local economy.
Arctic Moon Bakery is a majority minority (Alaska Native) and women owned business. It is co-founded by Jamieann Bell and Linnaea Ward-Develice who together bring over twenty plus years of experience in the hospitality industry.
